How We Started To South Africa
2023
Company start up
TO South Africa started in 2023 based on a real need globally for an offshoring hub that offers high quality contractors at a fraction of the cost. We acquired our first client in the US, a company in the ABA industry. This first client is still with us and has grown their TOSA contractor number exponentially. They have become one of our key strategic clients.
2024
TOSA is growing
2024 was a growth year for us as we added clients and contractors to our business. Our clients have increasingly appreciated all the advantageous of offshoring to South Africa.
2026
We are getting traction
This year we continue to acquire new clients, our business model and value proposition is getting embedded. We are seeing existing clients are filling their vacancies with our cost effective highly quality contractors. We are ready to onboard more clients and roll-out our value proposition for them.
